Moderate season, warm but without any heat spikes. Very good season for our first Grenache Blanc.
This wine from Northern Heathcote, where the climate is similar to many southern European regions is minerally, textural, briny and smashable.
Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, fermented in clay Amphora and then finished in casks and vats. Left on yeast lees for 8 months for creaminess and saltiness.
Alc/Vol: 13%, pH: 3.10, TA: 6.2g/L
Drink now or over the next 12 months.
