Growing Conditions: The grapes for this wine were grown at a number of vineyard across south eastern Australia. The fruit was picked at optimal flavour development to ensure classic Prosecco pear and apple notes flow through the wine.
Winemaker: Geoff Alexander
Winemaking notes: A small addition of a naturally derived flavour was added to the base wine to deliver the blood orange and bitter lift. The Prosecco Spritz finished with an alcohol of 8.5%, a pH of 3.37 and an acid level of 5.5g/L.
