This refreshing sparkling is made to drink now while it’s light and fresh. We have collaborated with artist George Rose to bring you this Limited Edition Prosecco Rosé label design.Vineyard Region: Victoria

Color: This sparkling wine has a soft, rose-gold colour.
Aroma: A delicate nose displaying strawberry, watermelon and apple flavours.
Palate: While this wine retains the freshness and vibrancy that Prosecco is known for, this rosé also provides a subtle hint of berry on the palate.
Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol: 11%
Peak Drinking: Until 2020
Growing Conditions: The fruit was picked with a baumé ranging from 9.5 to 10.5.
Winemaker: Geoff Alexander
Winemaking Notes: After primary fermentation the wine was then fermented in a pressure tank to 5 atmospheres of pressure and bottled to retain the bubbles. The Prosecco Rosé NV finished with an alcohol of 11.0%, a pH of 3.3 and an acid level of 6.0g/L.
Recommended food pairings: Prosecco Rosé NV is a great drink to kick off an evening and enjoy throughout the night. While delicious on its own, it is also perfect with Tasmanian smoked salmon with a squeeze of lemon juice. Or try it with tempura squid and a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
